Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Needing new Apartment Signage for a 38 unit complex right off of a very busy street, however sits back a ways from the street and raised up higher and away from sidewalk behind a small 3 foot cement wall and a flat rock garden, which is where the (2) signs sit now on each corner. Hoping for a quote and design for both using the current posts in ground and another with all new monument and sign or with anything that would replace the current posts. If you can do that? The current wood posts would need to be painted of course, which I could have our maintenance team do. There is a metal frame that held the last sign, which we could re use. Those measurements are: 65" X 48" The colors would be a light Bluish Grey color, with white and Dark grey accents... would work, Something that will pop!

I don’t really have a “Logo” per say. We are Re Naming this Apt. Building and they went with The following: Eighty 8 North.
...(with the words... "at Galen Court" underneath it. Then a Phone #, however that phone # would need to be removable somehow, as we are only the Management Company!

The property is located in Thornton Colorado which is a suburb to Denver yet within the Denver Metro area. I wanted to focus on the "Northern" part of town as being something AND that it sits up high on the "Rim" of the city, I guess you could say. There really aren't any real "Themes" per say for this bldg. It is Two separate bldgs. but they don't even match. One was built in 1976 and the other in like... 1969. They are red brick however we are going to be adding lighter paint accents to the outside soon. I was thinking about a sort of "Nautical" Theme for the sign. I was hoping for an Arrow pointing Up somewhere in the sign, maybe played off of one of the letters? Like things you might see on a Map. Navigational Theme... if you will?
