Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I need a logo designed for an new internet-based company called "VibeLife", that will deliver podcasts (interviews) dealing with unconventional/esoteric ideas for creating personal fulfillment and success; an internet radio station is forthcoming. VibeLife should be seen as a brand--and the logo should be one that our target audience would want to wear. I have the design concept, color palette, and artwork ideas/references (see attached file). I've worked in marketing for many years but I'm NOT a designer; so, really, I want a talented being to bring it all together. I'm open to and appreciate suggestions based on the attached file.
