Overall. So would be 2 x A4 front & back.

Confirming that A4 paper size specified here is the international standard: 210 mm by 297 mm or 8.27 × 11.69 inches?

Just double-checking this, as US page size is usually 8.5 by 11.0 inches (215.9 by 279.4 mm).
