Would you be able to send images that need to go on the brochure? or let me know what images you would like on the brochure? I can get the text from the pdf, but the images are low res, and black and white.
Also, What colors would you prefer to have in the brochure?

Yes I can send images to go on the brochure.  I have a logo, which I can also sent.  The size of the brochure should be 8 1/2 by 11.  This is a medical brochure  so I will let you decide what the best colors are given the profession.
