2 Brief Updates:

"Customer Centricity" should be of the same prominence (i.e. it's "new" "customer centricity" and not "new customer" "centricity").

Also, I've removed "The" from the start of the words in the logo requirement. That may be how it is discussed, but it is looking a little out of place in the first designs.

Preliminarily, I think this would be a good fit for an Emblem style logo.
