Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Intro
Baltique is is an exciting and innovative start - up in frozen food snacks. Its creators are three foodies with a passion for gourmet ice - cream. Our specifically designed nitrogen plate ice - cream making machines are state of the art. They enable us to freeze fresh cream which is rolled on the spot with a choice of fresh fruits, premium chocolates, and indulgent sauces.

What we want (2 logos / files in total):
Primary Logo: This will be used on our website, on our cups, on a flag that will be attached to our tent.
Secondary Logo: we would like a subset of the logo (for example the "B" from “Baltique”) to be its own separate image with which we could print on caps, uniforms, etc.
We are looking for an image to be cool and fresh yet suggest elegance and class, while encapsulating our brand. We want you to be creative and bring any cool ideas you have to the table. We have some ideas ourselves as we will explain below, but again, just a direction and not necessarily the finished product.
Possible ideas:
We have attached three photos. The original Baltique logo (word document). This could be used to jog ideas.
We like the colour scheme of the Hugo Boss picture attached, and really like the fade effect seen on the packaging.
We have also attached a logo of “Boutique” and we really like the elegance and artistic detail encaptured.
We have also attached a few photos of our team in practice which shows the business for what it is.
