I am a bit unclear on what you are looking for exactly. The title of the project seemed to imply (at least to me) a single newspaper ad. However, given the attached files, I am now under the impression that you are looking for the design of an entire page of a newspaper. Is this correct?

Also, will you be providing all the copy/verbiage as well as ads/vouchers?

No sorry. I should have highlighted the parts to design. It's just a simple and clean header, simple header for voucher area + little part below about "Adding a voucher to their business on bloo" & bloo business tips. That's really it. Maybe a nice blue border around the page perhaps?
