Are you looking for a front/back design or front only? Also, do you have required text you want on the shirt, or are you looking for the designer to come up with that?

Front and back would be nice. Text should only be chosen from:
- company name : Tapaas or Tapaas Labs
- by line : profit from insight

Perhaps:

"Discover how to Profit from Insight" on the back ; and
"Tapaas Labs" on the front ??

If you have an idea of an icon which invokes the Lab, then that is welcome.. but not essential .. if you do add such a thing, we can remove it during feedback, if it doesn't jell.
