** 12/3/2011 The Prize is Still UP for Grabs! **
EVG is a wholesale large-format printing company.
We are developing a themed walk-in retail quick sign/digital printing venture called ZOK Signs or ZOK Signs and Graphics. Think "FastSigns" or one of those quick-sign franchises combined with a FedEx Office but a little more themed... and more sign centric.
I initally came up with the name ZOK as the "punch sound" from the Batman TV series (i.e. BAM!, POW!, ZOK!). ZOK as in PUNCH... POWER... you know what I mean?
Alternatively, I think that ZOK could be a theme character of some sort. I played with this a little bit, and came up with some initial sketches. I have an Illustrator CS5 file that you can look at in the files section. I wonder if we can combine the two ideas...hmmmmm? Thinking an alien, space theme.
Ultimately I am looking for a company logo that will look GREAT as a SIGN and can easily be re-purposed for use everywhere. Think vehicle wraps, embroidery, decals...
I would like to see drawings of both ZOK! Signs and ZOK! Signs & Graphics. I would like to see drawings of ZOK! as a character and ZOK! as the POWER... PUNCH... theme.
The winning design will most certainly turn into much more work. Good luck.

Final files must be clean, designed in CMYK color space, and designed in Adobe Illustrator.
