Perfect. yes, there will likely be another 6-10 questions but these will get you started. Just want something that is easy to navigate, looks fresh and when a Doctor clicks on the site or is directed there they can easy scan the questions and get answers. Maybe boxes along the side or something- Not sure - that's where I need your creative influence. As far as a call to action i would have a button called "request information" or something.

Maybe a pic at the top of the site showing stock physician photos or something- Really don't like the current site so nothing like that one!

yes....all it has is stuff on the first landing page with a bunch of questions you click on for answers....but again, don't model after that. Just take the questions and answers please
