Resumen de Diseño de Camiseta

I am looking for a neon open sign, for my "do it for the love" concept. I am open to your interpretation of the design so feel free to add your touch. The design font doesn't need to be super clean. I attached a picture of the heart I would like to use (or your variation of it) and a mock up of a design idea I have as well. I am not sure of what font colors I want to use at the moment, I am open to your interpretation on that as well. The design will be printed onto a black sweatshirt.
