Because kombucha is considered to be the actual fountain of youth considering all of it's beneficial properties for the body. It is the fullest system ''tonic'' you can find. kombucha is associated with, health, awakening, simplicity, perseverance, young yet wise. NOTHING is added, the sweetness comes from the dried fruits

This brand is mysterious, This is a brand that appears to be ancient medicine... it is ancient medicine...
This is a brand label that will look harmless if a kid sees it. Kids will ignore it.
This brand will look "interesting" if an adult sees it. Adults will remember seeing it.
This brand has an "old world feel", and Wild west "cure all"
It will remind them a bit of 70's Rock posters - you had to be "on something" to 'understand' or 'get' them
The Label has the look of vintage perfume bottles and their perfect combination of glass and metal materials
Icons can include: French Canadian (fleur de lis), family business, Quebec

It would be cool to have area on the labels for handwriting things like: date / flavour / fermentation period / notes

To accomplish this brand look - we'll need multiple fonts - some with serifs and calligraphy - some that are hard and bold. We'll need to incorporate typesetting on curves and unique lines to create drama in the label. You want viewers to be drawn into the detail and complexity of the simple distressed - perfectly balanced - vintage looking label.

Colour concepts:
dark label or dark text on a white label, with gold or silver ornaments

OR

Monotone + one colour for the flavor
Each label is say dark text, and has a single colour splash text and some detail to denote it's say cherry
This can look like a series (red cherry, orange for peach, purple for plum)
