Resumen de Diseño de Flyer

We need to design an 8X6in flyer front and back with .25" bleed on all sides to be printed for an upcoming open house and use in the future. This is a newly rebranded practice so we want it to fit inside of the new brand for continuity. We have the open house flyer that I can attached for example, logo and website for use. I will also attached some photos that may be helpful for the design. Also, I have attached the content that needs to be on the flyer. Please let me know if you have any questions. Need to be at print by Monday.
