new boutique agency with highly experienced agents,
we have a logo for dwell realty logo font in cocogoose. our text font is avenier black, colours are teal 326c charcoal is 426u.
we are all lower case lettering also except for REALTY all correspondence is lower case also.

what we are looking for:

promoting our services - buy sell rent holiday - market appriasals/whats your property worth, we are located in the stunning jervis bay on south coast of australia postcodes 2540 and 2541.

we will upload the logo for you. either the white or the dark logo we don't mind. (can provide a high res for the dark logo when required)
we would like something a bit different and not comical but entertaining with what we do. we want to be taken seriously but something that clients will remember and possibly something that will stick in their heads. more inclined for a graphical rather than word play

as a promotion.
we would like to offer any clients that list their property for sale with us.
Up to the value of $350.00 either a carpenter pre listing (this is free of charge if they list with us)
an interior designer pre listing for staging of the home
a cleaner pre listing or for a settlement clean

if this could be incorporated on one side only as we are looking for 2 sided brochures.(the promo on one side only)
