Resumen de Diseño de Logo

WeShareProperty is a crowdfunding platform for real estate. The brand identity we want to adopt is contemporary, simple and eye catching. Our logo should reflect this identity. One idea we had for the logo is an image of a house with colourful balloons tied to show property going up. However, at this stage we are very open to different ideas and do not limit yourselves to this idea alone. For the font it should say the company name WeShareProperty, be clearly associated with the logo and have a fresh, modern feel. We are open to colour or black font at this stage. Nothing about the design or font should come across as a “heavy”, “cluttered” or “cartoonish”. We want clean, simple design that catches the eye and looks like a professional company to manage people’s money.

Update 02-11-2016 Following some early designs we'd like to give the following general feedback. Many of the designs submitted look very corporate/old fashioned and this is the opposite of the look-and-feel we want. In addition, some of the fonts are heavy or hard-to-read.
To reiterate, it is a contemporary, clean design that catches people's eye that we are looking for. Not an old fashioned real estate company. It should also invoke trust as we are managing money. We suggested a house going up in the air with coloured balloons tied and have now made a very rough mock-up of what this looks like and attached.
Please review and improve on the rough balloon/house design we have attached as part of your submission. We still encourage your creativity in submitting other designs, however so far we have not seen anything that improves on the house/balloons idea.
The logo and name of the company should also be able to be separated so we can use the picture separately from the company name.
