Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo for a new real estate brokerage, "Liberty Advantage". Open to a lot of different ideas and designs. I would like a design that looks professional in a modern and clean way. I think having the words "real estate, realty, homes,etc" under or beside the "liberty advantage" would be helpful for clients to understand what this new brand is selling. This is going to be primarily a residential real estate brokerage but I would also like a logo idea that is easily adaptable to commercial real estate by maybe using a different symbol or some other variation. I really appreciate patriotic themes that are not cheesy. Think "sons of liberty" instead of "statue of liberty". I also hate when companies with "advantage" in their names use big "A's" for some reason as well as a statue of liberty reference. Please no statue of liberty references or A's that are larger than the regular font or turn into mountains. Just looking for a cool modern logo that looks professional with some patriotic symbolism. Creativity and cleverness are encouraged.

• Must be easily recognizable as a real estate brokerage because this is a new company so clients have to understand what the company is all about from the get-go. Would prefer separate logos for residential and commercial real estate, but the emphasis now is on residential.
