We need a brochure design, copy writing and print ready art for a Toronto based commercial cleaning company. Output should be an 8.5X11 four page piece.

We provide "green cleaning" - environmentally friendly cleaning programs. Our positioning is strongly environmentally oriented, high quality, reliable and affordable.

We provide interior cleaning for office buildings, condominiums, manufacturing facilities, gyms, retail stores, daycares, churches and banquet facilities.

Core services are; regularly scheduled cleaning programs, floor maintenance, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, construction cleaning and sanitary supply management.

Looking for a "fresh" clean look that screams "competent" and "professional" and clearly communicates "affordability"

The piece will be used as a stand alone mailer and leave behind for a salesperson.
