Thanks for the invitation.
Before start your design I have some question:

1. The project is a not guaranteed project. So in future if you withdraw the project then the designers will not get their participation payment even you sent them.
2. The prize amount is very very small. Because out of 260 design crowd will take 15% and PayPal will take 3-5%. So after that we will get something about 200 and don't you think that this is a very small amount for all the pages you want.
3. From your brief I think you may want some pages in HTML. That will also be a time taking job. So please clear us how many pages you want and what will be the final output file.
4. We are ready to work for HTML and other part. We will be happily do the other job if you like and select our design.

We do not require you to provide or cut to HTML/CSS. We only require layered PNGs or PSDs.
