Resumen de Diseño de Portada de CD

The artist and album are titled "General Ford's Army". The music is very organic and real. Influences include Tom petty, Bruce Springsteen, moody blues. There's a touch of Americana and the artist is British. He had a few ideas relating to railroad cafe's, old farmhouse paintings or old Punch and Judy photographs. The album is a collection of great stories. A former ballerina also features heavily. He likes water colours and abstract art.

So we've had quite a few designs through with a cowboy/western theme. I think we have enough of those theme's. So avoid the cowboy, horses and boots look from now on. Although the look and feel of what's come through is very good. Would be good to have something more landscape based. The album starts with a song called High Hopes, which is very optimistic and full of energy and the album closes with a song called No more happy endings which is very dark and descends in to chaos, noise and a big explosion leaving a feeling of desperation, uncertainty and the dust settling. So the album progresses from the one extreme to the other. So it's almost like Purgatory in-between. Not sure if any of that helps and I understand the artist has been pretty vague here and it's a tough outline to pick something out. But that's the way the music has been for the musicians on the record and he just loves seeing what people come up with.

Authentic music lovers of all ages. Probably people who still like to buy cd's and to whom the cover is important. Nothing modern or sparkly!
