Looking for a bold modern design logo for an equity based property crowdfunding website. Something different, something striking.

We are in the process of setting up an equity-based property crowdfunding platform, which will be totally web-based. We shall have below market value residential and commercial properties on the website that potential investors can invest into. Each property will be owned by a separate Ltd company whose sole asset shall be that property. So basically we sell shares in the company to investors who in turn own a share of the property. In most cases the property shall be a "buy to let" in which case the investors shall get a monthly share of the net rent according to the number of shares they own, then will proportionally get a share of net capital growth when the property is sold. Each investor shall have their own "dashboard" so they can track their investments online. Minimum
investment is GBP 500 per share.

everyone who is interested in investing in property but either does not know how to go about it, or they don't have the funds to buy on their own. Basically anyone investing from as little as GBP 500 can become a landlord. They could also be seasoned investors or HNW individuals who can take advantage of the below market property deals on offer.

• Design ideas: a clever use of the initials UKPC; a crowd holding up a building; a building showing the bricks that a small investor owns as his share. A crowd of investors surrounding a house with cash. But the logo should be as simple as possible, either in 1 or 2 colours, or if multi colour then only spot colour (tiny areas of colour).
