Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We are looking for a designer to take our logo concept idea and complete the design with a elegant and professional look. We offer luxury beachfront villas in Belize for travellers seeking a private luxury vacation and we have decided to create a logo that would be a silhouette/outline of the actual buildings themselves.

We are happy with the texts that are used in the logo but would like creative options for the building silhouette that we want to be the logo itself.

The logo should be simple and elegant with a traditional yet almost handdrawn/sketched appeal.

The sample logos we've included give you an idea of the type of look and feel we are hoping to achieve.

The final design should illustrate a sense of luxury and refinement.

• The logo must be a silhouette/outline of the shape of the villas themselves. Clean lines with a elegant and classic yet slightly abstract/illustrated feel.
  
  The fact that the logo is the shape of the buildings must be easily recognizable

• Use of negative space either for windows and accenting element OR for the walls of the building would be a nice option.
  
  Shadows and textures illustrated with sketched lines .

• Should not have too many exaggerated curvy lines or overly detailed finishes.
