Would you consider increasing the budget a bit? $150.- minus 15% (designer's tax to Dcrowd) is not very motivating.

Not sure what package you purchased from design crowd, but if you say you paid them 250, maybe you should ask them why the first prize is only 150 (minus 15% tax) - because this is what I see on your project page from a contestant's point of view.
