Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo for a new, global, specialist customer experience consultancy called PEN CX (The CX stands for Customer eXperience). Our purpose is to enable and inspire organisations to deliver their ideal customer and colleague experiences to achieve engagement and loyalty of both customers and staff. We exist to serve businesses in all sectors across the globe.

We are an off-shoot of an existing management consultancy, PEN Partnership (www.penpartnership.com), which serves just the financial services sector. For reference I have uploaded the logo for this business.

We would like the new logo to reference the existing PEN partnership logo in someway so that it feels part of the same 'family', however we would like to also demonstrate factors which give PEN CX its own identity through our purpose (described above) and values (described below)

The values of PEN CX are -

Honesty - Being transparent and straight forward, always speaking our minds and not hiding behind jargon

Quality - Always deliver to the highest standards

We have 4 components to our service provision - Consultancy, Assessment, Acadamy and Resourcing

Please consider suggesting different versions of the logo to be used on web, email sign off, social media, powerpoint.

With the logo please also suggest a simple colour palate which can be used across all of our materials

• We would like the new logo to reference the existing PEN partnership logo in someway so that it feels part of the same 'family', however we would like to also demonstrate factors which give PEN CX its own identity through our purpose and values (described in project description)
• Ideally this will be through a creative use of all or part of the existing PEN partnership graphic held in the logo.
• Would like the fun component of our values to come through by a playful use of different colours within the graphic and wording.
