Resumen de Diseño de Photoshop

We are a design company specializing in bridge design and engineering. We have developed a footbridge design intended for use in local parks within New Zealand and Australia. We have created a 3D model in Sketchup that we need turned into striking artistic visuals that can be used to advertise the bridge to local council and private developers.

The model has been built in Sketch-up 2017. We have attached the raw images that we need Photoshopped into a nice outdoor park scene with people. We would like the images to appear "dreamy" and “soft”. The bridge is intended to have grass banks crossing over a stream. Footpaths in the park should connect the bridge. The balustrade is made of steel currently coloured white and has horizontal stainless steel wire infill strands. The deck surface is timber planks. Approach walls are embedded into the bank and are made of concrete. Park is to have sky, people, and vegetation, etc.

We need 3 images:
1) A view from on the bridge
2) A view of the bridge from across the park
3) A closer view alongside the bridge

We require the JPG, raw PSD files to a minimum size of 3000px (W) x 2000px (H). Any updates to the .SKP would be appreciated.

The example JPGs are attached to show the perspectives we require. we have added multiple versions of the same perspective in case some are more useful than others.... I am happy for the perspective of these to be changed slightly to suite the backgrounds. The sketch-up file is provided to help.

Please be as creative as you can. If we like your style there is the potential for future work doing similar 3D / Photoshop work for alternative bridge designs.

• We require the JPG and raw PST files to a minimum size of 1200W x 1000H (6MB)
• The bridge images must show a bridge crossing a stream in a park environment.
• Footpaths in the park should connect the bridge.
• Park is to have sky, people, Trees, paths, and vegetation, etc.
• Views are to be "artistic impressions". We are not looking for a 3D render straight out of Sketchup. Please refer to the examples in the word doc for styles we like.

Agradable de tener

• Children playing in the park and people having picnics etc. would look good.

No debería tener

• Different bridges in the view.
