i am surprised to find that you have used the copyrighted image for your new 'Beast of the East' logo
i must advise you that unless you have bought the rights to that image you are breaching the owners copyright
filling it with different colour does not do it
i believe 'Getty' own the rights to this and they are very precious about their property
it doesn't matter that a third party has produced this for you the onus is on you the user to make sure it is legal
i do a lot of IP work with the Trademarks authorities, look for me on linkedin
