Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I need a logo design for a new counselling centre/website in Victoria, BC, Canada. The Centre is called "Professional Counselling & Referral Centre of Victoria", or "PCRC" Victoria.

The Centre is a private enterprise which provides psychological counselling services to the general public. The client pays directly out of their own pocket, and may or may not be reimbursed by their extended benefits or insurance providers.

The Centre offers a somewhat unique service by way of offering (1) a full complimentary assessment of the clients issues, goals and objectives, any counsellor preferences, ie., male/female, expertise in a particular area of knowledge etc.. (2) based on this assessment, a recommendation to a particular counsellor (like a "matching-type" of service), & (3) a complimentary 30 minute in-person initial session. There are "no strings" attached to the potential client for the above mentioned services. All services after the complimentary initial in-person consultation are at full rates.

I am looking for a professional logo, elegantly strong, yet understated, but still somewhat bold, crisp and distinctive.

General Public, but mostly adults 20+ years old (typically most clients are 20-55 years), higher socio-economic group, both men and women however women tend to be higher users of counsellor services (approx. 65% women-35% men). Target clients are employed, well-educated, high income earners, digitally savvy.
