Update: Sorry for the delay - i had a family emergency - I will resume the work and final selection in the end of January and early Feburary.

Ideally, the designer I select should also know how to do websites.

I need a logo created for this new holistic health small business and consulting practice. I also need help with creating/developing my website, started out on wordpress. ww.anialiving.com

Notes for Design Crowd.

Project:
1) Need Logo: ANIA Living (awareness, nuture, intention, action)

Themes/Feelings/Purpose - Holistic Health - including Reiki, nutrition, Ayurveda, Aromatherapy.
Like pictures that are peaceful, nature, looking up and out (sky, clouds), flowers - these of overall health and vitality.



2) Need Website Assistance - Started to build out word finder, but you’d be faster than I am. Basic info on purpose of company to help you design logo and website ideas.

Our vision to promote a healthy, happy life starts with the simple practice of these four words.

We approach holistic health and healing by using a variety of methods including: Reiki, aromatherapy, nutrition and ayurveda. Karen Holly, founder of ANIA Living, is a certified Reiki Master in the Usui system of natural healing. She has lived and worked outside of the US, with 8 years in Japan and 3 years in Europe giving her more practical insights into alternative and integrated healing practices and lifestyles in both Asia and Europe. She has a deep curiosity in eastern healing modalities and is constantly incorporating and evolving how she works with her clients to ensure the best possible mind + body wellness strategies.

Guided by the principle that wellness is our natural state, Karen facilitates her clients natural healing by utilizing her Reiki skills combined with Aromatherapy, Nutrition and Ayurveda. Her work is an invitation to connect with our source energy. She will help you learn how to create new healthy habits and emerge from the labrynth of old stories, beliefs and decisions.


She first started to study and practice Reiki in 1998. She earned her Master level under Rev. Arleta Soares in Los Angles, CA.


My Story
If you had told me 10 years ago that I'd be doing this work today, I would have said “no way”! Mindful, healthy living and healing has always just been a hobby for me, keeping me “sane” in the fast paced corporate world in which I worked. Aromatherapy and healing sessions were also fantastic gifts to share with close friends and family!

For 20+ years, I lived a high impact life both psychically and mentally. I managed IT teams around the globe and timezones blurred my days and nights. But then awareness settled in, and I started to realize that the universe was giving me signs year after year - it was time to change my focus from hobby to healing. It was time share my gifts with more than just friends and family. I needed to help others help themselves by either teaching them how to create vitality in their daily lives or providing hands on healing.

The “Universal Quickening”: Suddenly after 15 years of signs, the universe made it impossible for me to ignore. One year, in a 3 month period, I received prompts repeatedly in every aspect of my work and home life that made it extremely clear that I was meant to be an alternative healthcare provider.

I am now in the next journey of my life, working to guide clients back to their true state, discover their own potential, and live more balanced lives. With Reiki, aromatherapy, nutrition and a passion for eastern modalities such as ayuveda I am committed to helping anyone that knocks on my door.
