We require a logo for branding our company "Yarmoloy Group" in the Calgary, Alberta residential (homes and condominium sales) real estate market. Will require text of "Yarmoloy Group" or "Yarmoloy Real Estate Group" (with "Real Estate" or "home selling group" being a small descriptor that help clarify the type of company without overtaking the script) as part logo, but will likely want the image and text as a logo and then another logo with just the image and without text. We want something personable, welcoming, happy, inviting, and approachable (yet still professional). We want something that welcomes people home after having a great experience purchasing their home. Please use the colours that you feel represent that best but maintain professionalism as well. if we like your design but prefer a different colour we can chat about it. We're super open minded and would love to see what you come up with!
