Resumen de Diseño Web

We are a small town real estate agency in need of a web site redesign. To give you a little background on our agency…our target is middle income households and farmers. Our staff includes real estate agents and an auctioneer. We’ve been in business since 1997. We handle residential, commercial, recreational land and farmland.

Our current web site design is outdated and needs a more modern look. We are open to all design ideas but would want them to reflect our small town rural tradition and heritage.

The functionality and features of the site will remain the same. Your design will have to accommodate the existing features on the site. I have a programmer who will take the design you provide and retrofit the existing site functionality with it.

The deliverable will be a .psd file that can be converted to html for a site template. (We will do the conversion.)

Please take time to visit the site and note the current functionality the site has: property search, real estate news feed, mortgage rate feed, listings, navigation bar will need to handle existing links and expand to handle other future page links. The template provided will need to accommodate these features.

The current page logo can be used in the design or we are open to a redesign of that as well if needed to go with the design better.
