The prize money is good for 2-3pages PSD designing with HTML only not all things you demand......

Also no proper details or logo and reference sites making it vague..
please think again about this as this is no fair deal for any designer so how can I work on this??

In my opinion, The prize money is right. If you are a good design you don't need reference sites. You need to be creative in your reasoning. It's up to you submit your designs. If you are not satisfied with it, you simply move on. Thanks
