I am looking for a Logo, branding, and a tag line for a new food business in the pasific Northwest region of the united states. Our business will encumpass the process of making fresh or smoked meat products as you would find in an old world butcher shop. Everything from Hams, smoked turkeys, to hotdogs,brauts, and bologna. All our products will be made fresh each week with local meats, cheeses, and vegtables from around the region focusiong on low salt options for families being health concious.With portion sizes for small families. We will also offer smoked cheeses we make and sell along with fresh produce from the region each day in our business. We will also have a deli on site making all our products to sell freshly coooked to the customers each day. We are looking for a Logo and branding that encumpasses quality, tradition, and old school values in the quality foods we make for the people of the region.

He is some more information to share for your ideas. My families last name is "Nohr" and we are of german decent if that helps your quest. As far as the name goes I would not like anything quirky but something catchy that people would relate to the business at hand or the background of meat processing industry. looking for a logo or branding of something people will reconize at a glance that relates to our products. I know its not an easy task but that is why we have come to you.
