A flyer to give to a customer group promoting two optical New York City offices and enticing members to come in and use their optical benefits. Flyer should promote use of benefits at our offices and bring covered patients in for exams and eyewear. We will offer $25 off in addition to covered benefits on the flyer.

• Our businesses address and contact info, expiration date of March 31, 2017, ability to update the expiration date on my own, ability to change the group name on my own. Also must be able to have a black and white version along with the color version. Our two logos are attached, as well as a blank logo. Also, the previous flyer we were using is attached as the ufcw2d file.
