Resumen de Diseño Web

I require a website to be made with some custom functionality on WORDPRESS. It needs to looks simple, be optimized with the least amount of errors on it for seo, have all links work, and be MOBILE FRIENDLY! My company will be providing valuable information to extreme adventurers around the world. We will have reviews and bookings of adventures, adventure ideas,and more on the site. I want to be able to create a community within the site so that people may communicate. I have a list of wordpress plugins I believe may work well for this. I want people to be able to create their own itineraries or use one of my custom itineraries. I will be offering Adventugo tours that we will be offering direct to customer as well. I want adventure companies to be able to create a profile for themselves that we can accept or decline and I want to be able to add many companies at a time through an excel spreadsheet full of information such as company name, phone etc.
I will be offering advertizing opportunities to some companies that have a high safety ranking and review. their adds will pop up first for the area that the adventurer chooses.

So all in all the functionality that I require is
1. I want to be able to sell advertising spots to tour companies and adventure companies and for them to have a profile on the site.
2. I need a custom form designed for these companies with pictures, reviews and information.
3. I want to provide quality information to users about these companies.
4. I want to have 2 first page ad opportunities available
5. I want the funtionality to be super simple.
6. After sign in I want a my itinerary section, favorite section that integrate with the custom form designed.
7. I would like a really simple blog section to add pics, video and more
8 I want a why adventugo section on first page
9.I would like some sort of social network (buddy press) built in for usersto communicate or chat with each other.

Some features similar to the tripadvisor website. but specializing in adventure tourism.
