Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo for our new sister company, HealthWave Physicians Institute. I have attached the logo for GAINSWave, the original company. We would like this new logo to maintain the same color scheme as the original logo as well as the feel but be it's own entity. Something in the same family but be able to completely stand on its own. This company is for a health treatment machine that uses pulsed acoustical waves to increase blood flow for men looking to enhance their sex life, have ED complications, and/or Peyronie's Disease.
