Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I need a logo for a new company based in San Francisco called Branching Out Wood. I design & build solid wood lamps, tea lights, and on commission, larger furniture.

The draft website to get a sense for the designs can be found here: https://david-wertheimer.squarespace.com/; the text is near final, but none of the photos are final (though most of the photos do show the pieces to get a sense of the aesthetic).

The design will be used both on the website / invoices, etc., and also be made into a steel iron that will be branded onto the larger wood pieces of 1.5"x2" so a "wood branding" version of the logo should work as a monochromatic logo that does not have too much detail that will be lost in the wood branding process.

Though open to other design ideas as well, I particularly like the idea of a tree (or leaf or something along those lines) incorporated into the design as the motif or as the central theme, given both the name of the company & the fact that it is a wood products business.
