Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I'm looking for a logo design for my small craft brewery project I'm trying to get off the ground. We will be a brewery that focus' on the creativity of beer while always crafting the best quality products for our community.

We are in Ottawa, Canada, which is a government town that has a lot of government employees, hence the name. I want to stress that I'm not looking for literal brand design. Sorry to impose on your creativity, but I do not want a want a pun or a play on the public service. I don't want to pander to only the public servants in my market. I'm also not a former public servant following a dream (however, building this brewery is my dream). I've never worked as a public servant! I'm taking this project on because I'm passionate about beer and I want to brew an amazing product for my community. The name is more of a play on how this brewery will serve the people's beer needs and fulfill their desires. It is also a little nod to the brewery's home town, which is synonymous with the public service.

I haven't settled on a colour scheme for this brand yet, so I'm definitely open to anything and I'm looking forward to whatever ideas arise. I will attach some designs that I really like to help with the creative process. Thanks for the help and I look forward to working with the designer(s).
