Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I need a logo design, and later also a website, a newsletter and a powerpoint design, for a new company selling online trainings (as recorded videos). The target group will be current managers or people that want to become managers and at the beginning the trainings that will be offered will be about ITIL (=IT service management) and PRINCE2 (project management). If successful there shall be the option to add more training curriculums, but all for the same target group of managers.
The design should communicate: modern, learning for managers, interesting learning experience (not the usual boring trainings).
I bought the website http://www.managers.academy. Please ignore the current design on the website, it was just to test the system from a technical perspective. But the logo could potentially point people to the URL "managers.academy". It should also be bigger in length than in height so that it later fits also nicely on the display of the smartphone when someone visits the site, without eating up to much of the height of the page.
