I would really like to accept your invitation to work on this project, especially since you are a Canadian company. I am a little hesitant simply because the payment on this project is non-guaranteed and the prospect of working on a layout for half a day and then see the project potentially close is a hard pill to swallow.

I completely understand the purpose of non-guaranteed projects (They have been around for almost a year now) but I've seen time and time again that these type of projects tend to get far fewer designs, which tends to reinforce any presupposition on the part of project owners and so the whole thing becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy.

In any case, if you can see your way to guaranteeing the payment on this project, I will definitely submit a design and I suspect you'll get a few others jumping in at the last minute as well.

What size will your brochures be? Do you a file for logo. What information is in the publisher?
Can they be saved as pdf files?

Either 11 x 17 folded preferrable, dont have a logo for the contour, ive saved some new files in PDF.

So just to clarify, you need two brochures both 11 x 17 giving you four 8.5 x 11 pages. You also need the logos
for both projects designed too? Pictures and wording can be taken from pdf files, but names will change to the
new names?
