Would you like the icons to be flat? or the same look?

a. you want the same exact icons as shown in the pdf?? ...................b. what end-form for the icons: round? square? ...or just "free" , again as in the pdf ?

The icons in the PDF are just examples. Feel free to make it the way you think is best.
