Most of these are good. We are looking for a tough military logo. maybe with the G and the R looking like metal. on top of a piece of rough scrap metal. Below the scrap metal on a different layer another piece of bronze-like metal. GRIT is stamped through the tarnished silver metal to show the bronze behind. REALTY is lower case like "Realty" and would only be stamped through the top layer of the metal.
The metal should be shadowed to express depth and thickness and the edges should be rough...
