I understand your point but let me clarify something. Here on design crowd are two things. Non coded PSD and a coded design. In non coded PSD, you will just get a non functioning design while in coded project, you will get a functioning website re-designed. Exactly what you are looking for so kindly upgrade your project to a coded one and increase your budget upto $450 so that you will get what you want.
