We need a new packaging design for Sun Oven Gluten Free bread company. The company currently produces gluten free bread, cinnamon roll, bagels, shortbread and other pastries.
We need a new packaging design for our packaging. You can see more about the company at http://sunovengf.com/. Please incorporate the existing logo into the overall packaging design.

Reason: We've narrowed the design selection down to one primary design. The designer would like us to select his design as the winner. We don't have a problem doing this (it's a reasonable request based on the time we've taken on our end), but our question is, if we select the specific design as the winner, and the designer cannot get our revisions finalized to the clients approval, is the fee still refundable?
