Parent Company for a diverse family business needs a corporate logo.

The name of the company (The Plank Companies) incorporates the family name (Plank) and this parent group oversee's a conglomerate of operating companies involved in Real Estate development (nationalpropertyholdings.com), Rail Services (rail-logix.com) and Manufacturing (speedshore.com).

We are seeking a classy logo indicative of a global company. If colors are involved, you will note from the websites above that we have a relatively consistent color scheme utilizing red, black and charcoal grey, with our property group using a maroon-red and slate blue scheme. We may also simply use the logo in a black & white scheme often.
