Hello,

The budget provided for the 1st place is pretty low for the provided design. Please consider relocating half of the participation payments and adding them to the 1st place payment. It will motivate the designers more to compete for a pretty fee, rather than get a few dollars of reward for their time and effort, that are normally worth much more. The participation fees are rarely a reward to anyone at all. Thank you!
