Logo for a new campaign which will work to defend peoples rights to have access to the food and health care they choose as consumers.

This is a campaign that will inform people about their US constitutional rights to receive health care from what ever person they desire, as well as choose to deny any medical procedures that they do not want to undertake. Also for farmers and producers to be able to sell their products to people in their community without the government agencies preventing them from selling because of restrictions like having to have nutrition labels on every product. There are laws that could prevent people who practice herbal medicines, give nutritional advice, do massage or other alternative health practices from contracting with clients if they do not carry a license granted by the state. This campaign will advocate for the consumers right to be in free contract with a person who they believe may help them in there health care and the practitioners right to offer this service. News and information will be big part of this so we would like it have the look of a respected news source as well as an activist resource.

We are working to bring activists in the food movement and alternative health care movements together to work in synergy, recognizing our common goals. We would to try and see if there is a way to represent both the medical/health issues as well as food issues in design of the logo. This will be a news and information site as well as a place for people to take action contacting elected officials or consumer campaigns

• Words about text that say "Campaign for" could be added to top of logo text for optional use, (above the Health and Food Freedom text)
• We have a website organicconsumers.org, we have many campaigns it would be good to have something that fits in with the colors, the logo will sit on a darkish green blue background as well as be used on white letterhead paper.

Agradable de tener

• Might be nice to see a medical cadacus possibly with something like a fork and spoon or some way to incorporate the theme of both health and food but understand if it would be better to just use text if need be. It will be a news source so we want it to look like a respected resource page which might be better to just use text rather that try to have a descriptive image, but I would like to see both types of images.
