Please take a look at oresy.com. We need to give it new look and feel. This website is about selling, purchasing, renting and making other operations with real estate. We also conduct online and on-site real estate auctions.

Please describe the dynamics of your design, e.g. if there are falling out menues, flash animation etc. We DON'T require this, but want to know if dynamics are a part of your idea.

Our site currently uses popups and inline error messages. Please take this into account when suggest a design.

Requisitos

• Please take a look at http://www.hitchmosher.ro this is the layout we like. But we dislike the design and the colors a lot.
  
  http://www.karizma.ro/ is an example of a nice designe from our point of view, but it has a problem. They wasted too much space at the top for nothing.
  
  At the top we want a nice picture portraying happy people, nice real estate landscapes and so on. Please don't show people purchasing the houses, taking the keys.
  Also we need that title bar with the "buttons" for different actions on the site.
  
  The site should display a matrix of properties, like oresy.com does now. It should have filters and other action buttons/links at the left.
  We need a space for featured properties
  We need footer for SEO information.
  Some space for the adds and promotions.
