Big bright and cheery emails to engage customers to book tennis competitions or rejoin the tennis school:

1 LAYOUT and 4 EMAILS = 4 PSD designs to be delivered.
(No need to do 4 different layouts, 1 will do)

1. Adult tennis competition including singles and doubles competitions. Singles competition is 1 hour while doubles is 2 hours over 10 weeks.
2. Junior mixed format competition which includes a set of singles for each player and a set of doubles. Competition is held over 10 weeks for 2 hours per week.
3. MLC Tennis Australia Hot Shots competition held over 10 weeks with variable times depending on the format. (Junior competition)
4. Engage lapsed customers with a coupon. Lapsed customers are those who haven't participated in over 12 months.
The emails can all be based on the same layout with different copy and artwork.

* Please use more males in your designs as 90% of participants are males
* Use this heading somewhere "Reply to this email for queries or call 0418 414 780"
* Include a small McDonald's logo and copy "Proudly Sponsored by McDonalds Merrylands & Fairfield".
* Please incorporate the following copy:

Begins: Thursday 17th January 2014
Ends: Thursday 28th March 2014 (Weather permitting, if the competition is washed out one week it will continue on for an additional week).
Times:
Thursday Guildford: 6:30pm-7:30pm Singles Competition
Thursday Guildford: 7:30pm-9:30pm
Format:
Thursday Night Singles Competition - 6:30pm
1 hour of singles play. Each player competes in a 1 hour singles match and plays as many games as possible during this time. Round robin format.
Thursday Night Adult Competition - 7:30pm
Teams can be mens, ladies or mixed. 2 players per team, each player has one set of singles & doubles. 2 hour duration.
Entries Close:
Wednesday 16th January 2013
The adult competition caters for all standards from Beginners to Advanced.
