Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Need a logo for a web design/development company. I've uploaded a mockup I created myself using whatever I found online and changing a few things. If you could essentially recreate that in a high quality image and maybe put your own spin on it so it feels more "put together", that would be great. Also, I'd love it if you could incorporate some other people behind the guy to make it look like he's not alone. Maybe a designer and a server guy and an SEO guy, etc. Feel free to play with the shade of blue or gray. Or even come up with a completely different/more bad ass logo.
