Resumen de Diseño de Flyer

Hello design experts out there. We are looking for the following:
1. Brochure : accordian Z fold design.
2. Company folder with content (see pamphlet idea and design example.
3. Large pull up poster/banner.

They are used promote our Cardiology office.

The services our office provide are labelled 1-6 below.

A. For the company folder, please create a front and back insert x 3 that is staggered (see pamphlet idea, sunday; and small-medium-large, Monday) and inserted on the right side. Our referral form that has been designed and will be included on the left (referral WHI Monday). Feel free to use the same themes.
Inserts in folder:
• 1. Echocardiogram and 2. Stress Echocardiogram (largest page front and back)
• 3. Holter/Loop monitor and 4. Ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (medium sized page front and back)
• 5. Electrocardiogram and 6. Cardiac Consultations (smallest page front and back)

In terms of content for the folder inserts, our word content will likely not be more than 2 or 3 sentences (we are drafting them now). Please ensure colorful and attractive graphics are used to highlight these tests. Please use, where possible, pictures of tests more than of people. The goal is to emphasize the role of the office as a testing center. Feel free to look them up online (eg. Echo, stress echo, Holter monitoring etc).

B. For the accordian Z fold brochure, please design it such where by each item we offer (from 1-6 below) occupy 1 page of fold, with the exception where item 5 - 6 combined into 1 page. The front page of course will be the office logo and address etc.

C. For the Large pull up poster display for WINDSOR HEART INSTITUTE - simple, with picture. Dimensions 33" x 81"
This banner will have our logo, and a summary of ll the services we provide (1 - 6)

Items need to be graphics heavy and attractive as we are trying to avoid making it wordy.
