Resumen de Diseño Publicitario

We are a producer of printed items using children's art work. Every item is custom made using a child (3yrs-12yrs) piece of original artwork. Our website is www.kidsartworks.com.au.

There are 4 main outcomes I would like from the piece, the main one is significantly more important than the balance:

The main one: Get the reader to take action, which would in this case be to order an Information Pack or go to our website and Register for one of our programs

Secondary outcomes, in order of importance:
1) see our benefits i.e. why choose us over the competitors, including at least one testimonial (i can provide you with text later on, for now just make one up)
2) branding and contact details
3) show some of our products and show we are based around children's artwork - i.e. an image of a child painting would be an impactful way of displaying that. As per the 'Crazy Camel' advert in the attached examples

Of the examples provided, the cleanest design with the best flow (in my opinion) is the 'Picture Products' design. Also, our main competitor is Crazy Camel. It is important to understand that this is a magazine directory and therefore we may only have 5 seconds to grab someones attention and communicate what we want them to know - therefore I would like it to be uncluttered and have a clear flow.

I have also attached a mock up that I created for the copy (file4: KAWA_2014...pdf).... but i'm not a designer so just take it as a very vague starting point.
The PDF with thumbnails of art work is some of the art children have done so you can use these if you want.
I am happy to buy an image if it is good enough from iStock if you find one you like.
We're open to the fonts you choose, but would prefer it to be aligned to the website and be a free license to use.

I would like to pick a designer in 2 days, but we have a few more days to finish the design before it needs to be submitted. So based on this I am happy to get a draft and I can work on finishing it with you once selected.

Fundraisers in Australia that work for Schools and Kindergartens. So the majority of these people are female, mothers, probably between 30-45. Also some school administrators and teachers.
